Stasis was tasked to review the existing construction documents for errors, omissions, and discrepancies between trades. During the review process, Stasis advised the developer to revise the existing unit layouts to maximize efficiency.
Prior to concrete, Stasis redesigned and rearranged the units around the existing structural plans, limiting changes to MEP items. Stasis was able to add additional spaces within the unit deemed "bonus" rooms. Adding usable spaces and revising existing layouts to each unit type allowed the developer to market their 1 BR to a 1 BR + bonus and increase rent without adding square footage.
