Design coordination with interior designer and general contractor, HyMax Building Corp, for various common area locations including the recreation room, courtyard, and rooftop deck.

During construction, the roof deck was redesigned to accompany three separate areas - BBQ and eating area, pool deck, and lounge space with firepits. The custom island BBQ counter features both chair and bar height seating to center the action around the BBQ. Sunken planters at the perimeter of the deck bring life and greenery to the deck without sacrificing views towards downtown Los Angeles.
